By using the SM10x SMS platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Data & Message Storage

Sent SMS messages are not stored on our servers for a long period of time. Temporary logs may be retained only for delivery, billing, and security verification.

SMS Package & Balance Policy

• If a new package is recharged before expiry, remaining SMS will be added to the new package.
• If recharge is done after expiry, old remaining SMS will not be added.

Prohibited Usage

• Abusive, threatening, harmful, or harassing messages
• Fraud, scam, or misleading promotional SMS (e.g., lottery claims)
• Anti-national, unlawful, or unethical activities
• Adult, explicit, or inappropriate content marketing
• Personal / slang / romantic / offensive SMS

Violating these rules may result in permanent account suspension without refund, and legal action may be taken if required.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all SMS sent from your account. SM10x is not liable for misuse, content, or consequences of messages sent.

SMS Delivery

SMS delivery is generally instant, however large-volume or operator routing delays may occur. Please allow time for completion.

Account Suspension

Accounts involved in illegal or harmful messaging may be suspended without refund.
